All QuickPicks selections are scored and settled using statistical data provided by designated stats provider Sportradar, which is the official league scorer of a number of professional and amateur leagues.
For purposes of determining QuickPicks results, the statistical data received by Splash Sports from its designated statistics provider at the time final scoring is tabulated will control, subject to Splash Sports' right to review and correct errors as provided in these Rules.
Statistics, scores, or results displayed by any other source, including professional or amateur leagues, teams, sports books, fantasy sports operators, media organizations, television broadcasts, websites, applications, search engines, or other third party services, may differ from the statistical data provided to Splash Sports. Such differences do not constitute a scoring or settlement error and will not require Splash Sports to modify, void, refund, credit, or resettle an entry.
Screenshots, box scores, statistics, scoring determinations, or other information obtained from third party sources will not supersede the statistical data used by Splash Sports to settle a QuickPicks contest and do not constitute grounds for a refund, credit, cancellation, adjustment, or resettlement.
Once a QuickPicks contest has been finalized and winners have been announced, Splash Sports is not obligated to modify the results based on subsequent statistical corrections, adjustments, or scoring changes made by a league, team, or statistics provider.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Splash Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review and correct a scoring or settlement result in the event of an error or irregularity in the transmission of statistical information to Splash Sports, an error in Splash Sports' calculation or application of such information, a material discrepancy between the statistics provided to Splash Sports and an applicable official league or contest statistics source, or noncompliance with these Rules or the Splash Sports Terms of Use.
Splash Sports is not obligated to delay the settlement of any QuickPicks contest or the awarding of any prize in anticipation of a possible future statistical correction. If Splash Sports determines that a correction or adjustment is necessary after settlement, Splash Sports reserves the right to adjust contest results and, where applicable, reverse or recover payments made as a result of the prior settlement, to the extent permitted by applicable law and the Splash Sports Terms of Use.
For the avoidance of doubt, the fact that another website, application, sportsbook, fantasy platform, broadcast, league source, or other third party displays a different statistic does not, by itself, entitle an entrant to a refund, credit, cancellation, adjustment, or resettlement of a QuickPicks entry.
