When you start a Rent-to-Own plan for Serum, an Xfer account is automatically created using your Splice email address.
Please do NOT create a new account as one already exists with your Splice lease.
1. Log into Your Existing Xfer Account
Visit this page to check the email linked to your Xfer account.
Go to the XferRecords.com "sign in" page.
Click "Forgot your password?" to set a custom password.
Enter your Xfer Records email address and submit the request.
Check your inbox for an email from Xfer with a password reset link.
Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and access your Xfer account.
2. If you need to update or locate the Xfer Records e-mail address:
Go to this link. (Make sure you are logged out on Xferrecords.com to access this page)
Enter your Splice User ID (you can find it here).

Under "Email Address," enter the new email you'd like to use for your Xfer account.
Once updated, please wait up to 5 - 10 minutes to receive a confirmation e-mail, then you should be able to log in with your new email.
