Overview
The feature uses a form on Facebook & Instagram which allows buyers to enquire on listings for sale with pre-populated contact information, which is then sent directly to you.
Why are we doing this?
Since releasing our Lead Maximiser feature to users on Spoke we have had an overwhelming amount of requests to extend this feature to other campaign types.
We want to test this feature with selected Spoke users to understand if this strategy can deliver consistent results on other campaign types.
Availability
This feature is currently invite-only to participants currently using Lead Maximiser on For Sale Listing campaigns.
Do I need to do anything differently?
Nothing! Continue launching your Just Sold and Agent Profile campaigns as the feature is pre-enabled.

This feature is only available on Facebook and Instagram
This will apply to all Just Sold and Agent Profile campaigns you push live. We are working on adding on the feature to turn it off and on.
What we need from you
Feedback About Program
We also require feedback about the new feature and the quality of leads that you do receive as this is important for us prior to us putting this feature into Spoke.So we will need you to work with us to provide us with information about each lead and the quality of them.
