Overview

Finding new listings, or stock to sell is an agents and agencies main priority. The Buyer Assistant aims to source buyers that are also sellers by offering assistance to those looking to buy. This strategy takes a different approach than the conventional ‘Get A Free Appraisal’ campaign as we have found in past experimentation that this messaging is not very effective.

The Buyers Assistant looks to stop people scrolling and start engaging with free appraisal offerings. We are of the belief that providing users with a more personalised approach by providing them with help during their buying journey will resonate better to provide better results.

How it works

The feature uses an in-app form on Facebook & Instagram that allows buyers to submit their details for assistance in buying a home. This form will pre-populate with the buyer's contact details making it easy for them to enquire.

We will look to find out what the buyer is looking to do, when they are looking to move, their price range and also if they have finance pre-approval. This information plus their contact details will be sent to you via email once the buyer submits the form.

Why are we doing this?

We are continually on the hunt for the new campaign types that can deliver Spoke users value.

We want to test this new campaign type with selected Spoke users to understand if this strategy can deliver consistent results.

This feature is currently invite-only to participants who have granted us 'Manage Page' access to their Facebook page.

How much does it cost?

There is no additional charge to join this experimentation program. Normal Spoke fees apply.

What we need from you

  1. Ad Images

    In order to run the campaign, we will require 2 ad images. You are able to create these yourself or alternatively, we have templates available that we can make for you.

    More information regarding this process will be sent to you once signed up.

  2. Feedback About Program
    We also require feedback about the new feature and the quality of leads that you do receive as this is important for us prior to us putting this feature into Spoke.

    So we will need you to work with us to provide us with information about each lead and the quality of them.
