We all know there's nothing worse than being out on a ride and then... Snap! Clank! Pop! Your chain, seat post, or tires are in tatters!

This is why we've partnered up with our favourite bike repair businesses, who are joining us at locations across our network to keep your bikes healthy and nip any maintenance issues right in the bud.

This means you're now able to get your bike repaired while securely parked at a Spokesafe unit, leaving you free to go about the rest of your day. Pretty handy, right?

However, we realize a service like this is somewhat out of the ordinary, so we've gone ahead and answered some common questions below.

My bike needs a repair - how can I book this?

The locations that will initially provide this service are as follows:

- Finsbury Park Cycle Hub (1st Monday of every month)

- Oxford Circus / Mayfair / Chinatown / Soho (1st Tuesday of every month)

- Wokingham (available all the time)

We have different repair options to suit every bike and budget:



How does it work on the day? Where do I leave my bike?

Full instructions are provided to you when booking.

Hubs

At locations with personal storage lockers, you can lock your bike up as normal, pop your key in your locker and our partners will be granted temporary access to your locker & bike and complete the service.

At locations without personal storage lockers, our partners will be on site to meet you in the morning for drop off, and will remain on site into the evening for pick up.

Outdoor Lockers

At If parking in an outdoor locker, please leave the key for your locker in a bag in your locker or on your bike (e.g. a saddle bag) and let us know where you have stored the key. You can also leave your bike inside the locker without a key should you wish.

How do I know when my bike is ready?

Once they’ve finished repairing your bike, our repair partners will text you directly.

How do I pay?

We take a £10 deposit in advance. This forms part of your total final payment which will be collected after the work has been completed.

Can I book in for a specific time?

We currently can not guarantee an exact time. However, if you really are in a hurry please let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

What if something isn’t right about my repair?

We only partner with experienced bike repair businesses we can trust, and we’re sure they’ll do a great job for you. However, if there is an issue with the service we will put you in touch directly with our partner.
