How to find your location
You'll receive full access instructions via email after every booking, with specific instructions on how to find your location. This is also available inside the Spokesafe by pressing the "Help" button.
Spokesafe lockers are easily identifiable by their cedar wood covering.
Dropping your vehicle off
Once you've arrived at your locker, you'll enter by accessing a code found within the Spokesafe app. Your locker will have a number on it which matches your booking.
Make sure you have internet connection and head to the Active tab of the My Bookings page of the app.
Press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
To reveal the keypad, pull down the grey slat on the front of the locker.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
Once this code has been inputted, the keypad will turn blue and you can move the latch to the left to open the door.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Please note that entry codes will not show up until the day of the booking.
This code will run until midnight. If you are returning after midnight please let us know in advance so we can generate a post-midnight code for you.
Picking your vehicle up
Please enter using the same technique as above. Your access code changes throughout the day so you will need to request a new within your app.
Once you have picked up your bike at the end of your booking, it is vital for the security of the whole community that you lock the door behind you. We reserve the right to issue fines, or ban, members who do not lock the door at the end of their booking.
