Your locker will be the same number as your reserved space number (you picked this when choosing your space). So if you have reserved space 21, then you will have access to locker 21.

You will open your locker via a code inside the Spokesafe app. Press the "Get Locker Code" button on your booking ticket to reveal the latest code for your locker.

If you have an issue with personal storage locker, please first check you are using the correct locker, and that you have the latest version of your locker code. If the locker if flashing red, the locker thinks this code is incorrect. If the locker is flashing blue, there is a mechanical issue with the locker and this will require a callout.

In the event of a mechanical issue, we ask that you record a video trying to open the locker and send this to hello@spokesafe.com

If you have arrived at your personal storage locker inside your Hub, and found someone has left their items in your locker please remove the items and place them on top of the locker. You can now use your personal storage locker as normal.

The items have been left there by the previous person using the locker - they should have collected these before their booking expired.
