If you are having issues signing into your account, or you have forgotten your password, you can reset your password by pressing the "Reset Password" button. This is on the first page of the app before you log in.

This will send a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.

If you don't see this email straight away, please check your 'Junk' or 'Spam' folder as this email can occasionally end up here.
