Have you recently changed your card? Adding your new payment details takes just a few moments and means you'll be able to continue easily accessing our partners locations.
To update your card information, simply do the following:
Head to the 'Menu' button on the Home Screen.
Press 'Mange My Subscriptions.
You will now be taken to our payment provider's login page. This secure log in will confirm you are the account holder and can proceed.
Scroll down to 'Payment Methods' and press '+ Add Payment Method'. You can update your new card information.
To make this your default payment, on the Stripe billing page head to 'Payment Methods' and press the small three dots on the right by your card. This will open a smaller menu. Press 'Make Default' and the system will take payment from this card moving forwards.
And voila, you've updated your payment information.
