We're glad that some of our partners facilities have the option for battery charging - eBikes are the future of cities. And if you'd like to charge with us, you just have to do the following:
Check your vehicle passes our eBike, eCargo bike & eScooter charging policy.
Add your bike information to your profile (Menu -> My Profile -> Bike Profiles).
Create a 'Monthly' booking at a rack with a charging point in your chosen location.
If you have an existing subscription and would like to add charging, please complete the first two steps above and then email us at hello@spokesafe.com and we will check availability.
Please note that both Spokesafe and our location partners reserve the right to confiscate batteries which have not been authorised to charge.
