If you encounter an issue when signing up, fear not - we've got you.

Error Message

If you are seeing an error message which looks like a technical fault, drop our team a message directly at hello@spokesafe.com and we'll see what we can do straight away. We can usually get you up & running within a few hours.

ID Verification

If you are having some trouble getting your ID recognised (pesky phone camera playing tricks? Or perhaps the automated system just isn't working it's magic) get in contact with us at hello@spokesafe.com and we'll assist. Again, we can usually get you ready to cycle in the same day.

Mobile Verification Texts

If you're not receiving your verification text, please wait. Certain mobile providers can take up to 1 minute before sending the text message to you. And if you've tried to resend the message and are still getting no joy, contact us directly at hello@spokesafe.com.

Email Verification Email

If you can't see your verification email, please first of all check your junk or spam folders as they can often end up here. Failing that, if you send us an email at hello@spokesafe.com from the same email address you signed up we'll get sign you up manually.
