We know just how important it is to be sure of the type of rack you'll get on arrival.
Which is why every cyclist who parks with us chooses their rack during the booking process (the only exception to this is at the Finsbury Park Cycle Hub, where parking is unreserved).
To choose your space, firstly choose your location, booking duration and start date. You'll then be able to scroll down a list of numbered racks, with icons showing whether that space is a:
Sheffield stand
Sheffield stand for a cargo bike
Vertical rack
Semi vertical rack
Two tier rack (lower rack)
Two tier rack (upper rack)
eScooter rack
Folding bike locker
Once you've confirmed your space, you'll be able to proceed and pay for your booking. When you arrive, simply look for your numbered rack and you'll be able to park smoothly.
