Once you book a rack at Spokesafe, we don't let anyone else book that spot. Which makes it extra annoying when you arrive to find someone has parked in your bay.

If this happens, please park your bike down in the next available bay and let us know us straight away by emailing hello@spokesafe.com with a picture of the bike parked in your spot. This helps us let someone know if you have parked in their bay ahead of time, and then means we can also begin tracking down the pesky cyclist who's stolen your rack.

We ban member who repeatedly park in others spaces, and if a bike is not claimed we will remove this and donate to charity.
