Choose your location

When you sign into the app, you'll see a map of locations near you. You can choose a location here or search for your location using the search bar.

View Facilities & Vehicle Types

When you choose your location, you'll be able to see if it is a Hub or an Outdoor Locker. You'll also be able to see what facilities a location has, such as personal storage lockers or toilets, and what vehicles can park there.

Choose a Daily, Weekly, or Monthly booking option

You can book a space by the Day, Week, or Month to suit your length of stay.

Choose your bike rack.

You can choose your bike rack - such as a Sheffield stand, cargo bike space, or eBike space. This is numbered so you simply choose the space number that matches your vehicle type (icons help to show which type of vehicle fits which space).

Pay for your space

Simply pop in your card details to pay for your space & complete your reservation.

Access your location

To gain access to your location, press the "Get Entry Code" button to reveal your access code. Then find your space & drop your bike off.

Access your personal storage locker

If your location has personal storage lockers, press the "Get Locker Code" button to access your personal storage locker.
