Oxford Circus
Our Oxford Circus location is located inside the Q-Park Oxford Street car park underneath Cavendish Square (W1G 0PG).
The best way to access the building is to cycle down the entry ramp where the cars go - make sure you stick to the left or right-hand side of the ramp as that’s where the sensors are that will detect you and automatically open the gates. You can cycle straight into the car park and you will see our unit on the left-hand side, just past the management office.
Please note that if you have a carbon fibre bike the sensors might not notice you, and if for some reason the gates do not open you can also use the glass lift in the square and ask for assistance for entry.
The Hub is underground and you may have limited access to the internet - we suggest loading up your code before descending into the car park.
Entering the space
Head to the Active tab of the My Bookings page of the app.
Find your booking ticket and press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Parking your bike
Please make sure that you park your bike in the allocated space. This is found within your booking ticket under “Space”.
Using your personal storage locker
Under your booking ticket, press “Get Locker Code” button to reveal your locker code.
Your allocated locker is the same as your allocated space.
Enter the 7 digit code to unlock the locker.
Returning to the space
Gain access to the space by tapping "Show Facility Access" button to reveal the QR Code in your booking ticket. Then show this QR code against the scanner by the access door.
The scanner is at pedestrian entrance doors - please hoover the screen of your device underneath the scanner.
Checking Out
When you've finished with Daily booking, pressing "Check Out" will finish your booking and place your individual rack inside a Hub or Outdoor Locker back online, for other cyclists to book.
