Spokesafe Chinatown Location
The Hub is located within Q-Park Chinatown, on Newport Place (WC2H 7PU).
Please note, this location is underground in a car park, and not every member is able to get internet connection when outside the Hub itself. Please press the “Get Entry Code” button in your booking ticket before entering the car park to ensure that you are able to receive your codes.
The best way to access the Hub is to cycle down the entry ramp where the cars go - make sure you stick to the left or right hand side of the ramp as that’s where the sensors are that will detect you and automatically open the gates.
You can then follow the motorcycle symbols on the green signage around the car park. These signs will take you to Level -5, and the Hub is located towards the end where the motorcycle parking is located.
Please note that if you have a carbon fibre bike the sensors might not notice you, and if for some reason the gates do not open you can also enter via the pedestrian entrance door to the right of the main entrance. You will then use the QR code located by pressing the "Show Facility Access" button, to gain entry.
To return to the car park, you will also use this QR Code. More on this below.
Entering the space
Find your booking ticket and press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Parking your bike
Please make sure that you park your bike in the allocated space. This is found within your booking ticket under “Space”.
Using your personal storage locker
Under your booking ticket, press “Get Locker Code” button to reveal your locker code.
Your allocated locker is the same as your allocated space.
Enter the 7 digit code to unlock the locker.
Returning to the space
Gain access to the space by tapping "Show Facility Access" button to reveal the QR Code in your booking ticket. Then show this QR code against the scanner by the access door.
The scanner is adjacent to the pedestrian entrance door on the right-hand side as you enter the car park.
Checking Out
When you've finished with Daily booking, pressing "Check Out" will finish your booking and place your individual rack inside a Hub or Outdoor Locker back online, for other cyclists to book.
