Wembley Walter's Walk Location
Our secure bike lockers are located just at Walters Walk, along the wall in between Canopy Nursery & Union Park. You can identify them by their cedar wood covering.
You can search for the lockers on Google Maps by searching “Spokesafe Wembley - Walters Walk”.

Dropping off your bike
Make sure you have internet connection and head to the Active tab of the My Bookings page of the app.
Find your booking ticket for the day and press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
To reveal the keypad, pull down the grey slat on the front of the locker.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
Once this code has been inputted, the keypad will turn blue and you can move the latch to the left to open the door.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Troubleshooting
When entering the code, please press the buttons gently & slowly - there is no need to rush.
The lock can freeze if the codes aren't entered correctly. If the buttons shows red when pressed, please wait 30 seconds and try again.
If the handle isn't moving to the left, please immediately move it to the right after entering the codes, and then pull it to the left.
Occasionally, if the door is not shut properly by the previous user, then pushing the door forwards will help solve this.
Picking up your bike
Collect your bike using the same access methods as above
Once you have picked up your bike at the end of your booking, it is vital for the security of the whole community that you lock the door behind you. We reserve the right to issue fines, or ban, members who do not lock the door at the end of their booking.
Checking Out
When you've finished with Daily booking, pressing "Check Out" will finish your booking and place your individual rack inside a Hub or Outdoor Locker back online, for other cyclists to book.
