What to do if you have accidentally Checked Out of your booking?

Is your booking no longer appearing because you have Checked Out? Here's what to do

The Check Out feature is useful for when you have finished your booking, and you'd like another cyclist to be able to use the space.

When you've finished with Daily booking, pressing "Check Out" will finish your booking and place your individual rack inside a Hub or Outdoor Locker back online, for other cyclists to book.

This means that once you have pressed the "Check Out" button, you have ended your reservation and the booking ticket will no longer display on your app.

How do I undo Checking Out and get my booking ticket?

If you have pressed the "Check Out" button accidentally, you will need to re-book your space. You can email the team at hello@spokesafe.com who will provide a retrospective refund on this.

You can see all of your past bookings, including any bookings which you have Checked Out of, by viewing your past bookings by pressing Bookings -> Past Bookings.
