Has your company just joined Spokesafe and set you up with a membership to a network of 24/7 secure spaces across town? Here's everything you need to do to get pedalling in right away

Set up your account

Setting up with your account with Spokesafe is easy. All you have to do is download the Spokesafe app (or you can get set up at www.spokesafe.app), complete the ID Verification and set up your bike profile.

How to make a Pooled membership booking

Unless your Spokesafe account manager has told you otherwise, you have a Pooled membership. This allows you to park at any space on the Spokesafe network, at no cost. All you have to do is request your preferred location inside the Spokesafe app, which you can do by completing the following:

  1. Press the tie icon which says "Corporate" on the Home Screen of your Spokesafe app.

  2. Complete the short form - we need to know your work email address, location of choice and the date you want to book for.

  3. You can request multi-day bookings, which is handy if you are returning to same spot over several consecutive days.

  4. Our team will then review availability and add a booking to your account. This is usually completed within a few minutes of your request.

Dedicated Membership

Dedicated memberships are for staff members who cycle in very regularly. If your account holder has provided with you a Dedicated membership, simply email us at hello@spokesafe.com once you have set up your account. We will check your email with the account holder and will then add the correct reservation to your account.

And that's it - your employer has just given you access to a network of secure spaces just a few button presses away. Got a question? Get in touch with us directly at hello@spokesafe.com
