First time using us, or just need a refresher? This articles tells you everything you need to know to make sure first Spokesafe experience a smooth one.
Instructions
Every time you book with Spokesafe, you receive an email with everything you need to know. This also contains a link to a page which tells you specifically how to find your individual Hub or Locker.
This information is also available instantly during your booking by pressing the 'Help' button which is on your booking ticket too (please note this will only appear when your booking has commenced).
Entering Your Location
Make sure you have internet connection and load up your Spokesafe app.
Your booking ticket should appear straight away. Press “Get Entry Code” to reveal the main entry code for the door.
Enter the code into the keypad on the door.
When entering the code please make sure you enter the star before the 6 digits.
If the code is entered wrong a few times the lock can stop functioning for around 30 seconds as a security measure so please give it a chance to re-set before entering again.
Please enter the code slowly - the lock is not time sensitive so take your time and press the buttons gently.
Please note that entry codes will not show up until the day of the booking.
This code will run until midnight. If you are returning after midnight please let us know in advance so we can generate a post-midnight code for you.
Please make sure that you park your bike in the allocated space. This is found within your booking ticket under “Space”.
Using personal storage lockers
Some Hubs have personal storage lockers connected to the Spokesafe app. On your booking ticket, press “Get Locker Code” button to reveal your locker code.
Your allocated locker is the same as your allocated space.
Enter the 7 digit code to unlock the locker.
Re-entering the space
Spokesafe entry codes continuously refresh as an extra layer of security.
Simply press the 'Get Code' button to get your latest code to re-enter the space.
