Payments and Billing — Registration Invoices and Subscription

How payments, invoices, and billing work on SportsGravy — for both registrations and personal subscriptions.

SportsGravy handles two types of billing: registration payments (for your organization) and your personal subscription (optional, for extra features).

Registration payments and installments

Registration billing is handled through email. There is currently no in-app billing section for registration payments. Instead, you'll receive:

  • A confirmation email at registration with your full installment plan

  • An email invoice and receipt for every installment

  • A reminder email 3 days before each installment is charged

  • A confirmation email when each installment is paid

All your invoices and receipts live in your email inbox — save them there for your records.

Personal SportsGravy subscription

SportsGravy also offers a personal (consumer) subscription available in the mobile app. It's optional and separate from your organization registration. A subscription unlocks:

  • Recruiting feed features for more exposure

  • Additional cloud storage for your personal SportsGravy video and photo library

  • Additional coaching functionality outside of your team season

You can manage your personal subscription from the Payments & Billing section in the mobile app.

Common questions

  • "I need a refund." Refund policies are set by your organization. Contact your organization admin.

  • "I want to update my payment method." Reach out to your organization admin for help updating the card on file for your registration.

  • "I see a processing fee." Some organizations pass the credit card processing fee to families. This is set by your organization.
