SportsGravy uses in-app notifications, push notifications, and email to keep you informed.
In-app notifications
Tap the Notifications tab in the SportsGravy mobile app to see:
Invites — organization, team, and training program invites waiting for your action
Schedule updates — new events, time changes, and cancellations
Messages — communications from coaches and your organization
Push notifications
Push notifications are sent for time-sensitive updates like schedule changes and messages. Make sure push notifications are enabled in your phone's settings for the SportsGravy app.
iPhone: Settings > Notifications > SportsGravy > Allow Notifications
Android: Settings > Apps > SportsGravy > Notifications
Registration and payment reminders
Registration and payment reminders are sent via email only — not push notifications. SportsGravy emails the payer on file for:
Registration confirmation and installment plan
Invoices and receipts for each installment
A reminder 3 days before each installment is charged
Confirmation when each payment is processed
Check your email inbox if you're looking for registration or payment details.
