Reporting incorrect stats or a problem

Report a wrong stat, wrong player or bad clip so we can fix it.

šŸ“ Where to find it: Report a problem sheet from a clip, poster or profile; or Account → Report an issue / Suggest a feature

If a stat, player, or game looks wrong in the SportsVisio app, report it from the page where you see the error. As the app says: "If you see any stat or game inaccuracies, please report the bug from the page with the error."

Report from the page with the error

Many screens, highlight clips, posters, and player profiles, have a Report a problem action that opens a bottom sheet:

  1. Open the item with the error (for example, the clip or poster).

  2. Tap Report a problem. The sheet reads "Report a problem" / "Thanks for helping SportsVisio improve…".

  3. Pick a reason. Reasons depend on where you are, for example:

  4. On a clip: The annotations are incorrect, Wrong player, Inappropriate behaviour, or Other (you can add a jersey number).

  5. On a poster: This isn't me, Incorrect stats, Wrong game, or Other.

  6. Add an optional description and fill any extra fields shown (such as a jersey number).

  7. Tap Send report.

This is the fastest way to correct wrong stats. The report carries the game and player details automatically, so support can find exactly what you're looking at.

Full feedback forms

From your account you can also open the longer forms:

  • Report an issue: describe a problem in detail.

  • Suggest a feature: request something new.

Both ask for your Name, Team Name, Email, and a Describe the problem field. Tap Submit and you'll see Thank you for your feedback.

What happens next

Reports and suggestions are reviewed by SportsVisio support: they aren't corrected instantly in the app. Filing from the page with the error gives the team the context they need to investigate and fix it.
