Sometimes, even our AI misses something. A missed stat, a mis-labeled highlight, or a score that doesn’t quite match what happened on the court. You can help us fix it fast, right from within the app. There are three easy ways to this.
Game Summary page. Tap the three dots below the final score and select “Report Inaccuracy.” Add as much detail as you can — like which team or play needs to be corrected — and hit Submit.
Video Clips. Tap the three dot menu in the top right, click report and tell us what’s off giving as much detail as possible - we’ll make it right.
Settings Menu Customer Support. Share general feedback or correction requests. Whether it’s a stat mix-up or a highlight issue, this ensures it goes straight to our team to fix as quickly as possible. We’re constantly improving our AI to deliver the most accurate stats and highlights. Your feedback helps make every game better.
