Kids lose stuff, we know it’s inevitable. The first thing you should do is lock the card.

Lock the card

  1. Login to Spriggy
  2. Swipe to the child whose card you wish to lock
  3. Tap the orange 'Spriggy Card' tab
  4. Tap “Manage” at the top right
  5. Tap the 'Lock card temporarily' toggle

Once the card is locked, your funds are safe as the card cannot be used to make purchases.

If you find the card, that’s great! You can unlock your child’s card from the same screen in the app and get right back to using Spriggy as if it never happened. If it turns out the card has been stolen or lost for good, then you will need to order a replacement card.

Order a replacement card

  1. Login to Spriggy
  2. Swipe to the child whose card you wish to lock
  3. Tap the orange 'Spriggy Card' tab
  4. Tap 'Manage' at the top right
  5. Tap the 'Order a replacement card' 
  6. Select a new card design and tap 'Continue'
  7. Confirm your address or update it by tapping 'Change Address'
  8. Tap 'Confirm and Pay' to complete you replacement card order

Please note: Replacement cards cost $10.
