To login to your account you can use your email or mobile number.

If you're having trouble logging into your parent account due to your password, please:

  1. Open the Spriggy app 
  2. Tap "Sign in"
  3. Tap "Use email"
  4. Tap "Forgot Password"
  5. Enter either your Mobile or Email
  6. Tap "Reset Password"
  7. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email (sometimes this can go to spam!) 

If you're having logging into your parent account due to your passcode please:

  1. Tap on the user you'd like to login as. 
  2. Tap "Use email"
  3. Tap "Forgot Password?"
  4. Enter either your Mobile or Email
  5. Tap "Reset Password"
  6. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to your email (sometimes this can go to spam!) 

Please note: capital letters and special characters will not be accepted when creating a password. 

Still not working?

Have you also tried updating your app? We've found that those who have not updated their app, could have login issues.

If this still remains an issue, please contact us. It would also be helpful to take a screenshot and send this to us.
