After 12 months, your child's Spriggy card will expire, so a new card will be sent out. You will receive notification by email and text message when your child's Spriggy cards are expiring, so that we can update your mailing address, if necessary.
We will also notify you when the new cards are on their way!
You can let us know that you don't want to renew your Parent Wallet and the Child Cards by contacting us when you recieve your renewal email notification.
Once the new Spriggy card has arrived, you can activate the new card from within the app:
- Login to your Spriggy account (Parent)
- Tap "Account" at the top right hand corner
- Tap the blue and purple % bar at the top of the page
- Enter the last 4 digits of the new card to finish activating
*NOTE* You will need to do this for each child
Once new card has been activated, you can continue to load funds and use the card as usual.
