How do I contact Spriggy?

There are a few ways to get in touch with the Member Help team. We’re here to help you in any way we can.

You can contact us by using our in-app chat, web-chat or email.

In-app chat:

This is the fastest way to get in touch with our team. This lets us know who’s getting in touch and we can get straight to helping you.

  1. Log in to your Spriggy app.

  2. Tap 'Settings' in the top right hand corner.

  3. Tap 'Help & Legal' and choose 'Contact Member Help'.

  4. Tap 'Send us a message' and select the topic you need help with to start a conversation.

Web-chat:

  1. On the Spriggy website, click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of the screen.

  2. Tap or click 'Send us a message' to start a conversation.

  3. Give us your email address.

  4. Write your message in as much detail as possible and hit 'Send'.

With our in-app chat and web chat, you’ll first get a response from our Spriggy Bot to understand your situation. Give us as much detail as you can and one of our team will be in touch as soon as possible.

Monday - Friday 7am - 8pm (Sydney time)

Weekends and Public Holidays: Limited hours
