Tips before setting up your event.

Cut off date and time should always be before the date and time the event is being held. Once the event reaches the cut off time and date, this locks down orders and stops parents being able to edit or cancel their orders.

Check your event on the Spriggy Schools parent app.

Always remember to refresh your own Spriggy Schools parent app and view the Event from a parent's point of view, this ensures everything looks and works how you would like it to.

Log into merchant portal

Click Events

Click New Event
If you have more than one school, please select the school you wish to create the event for from the School drop down (circled in green). If you wish to create the event for multiple schools, you will need to create a separate event for each school.

Complete the details in each box marked with an asterisk. You can select from templates or create your own.

Event date and Event time refers to the date that the event is held or the raffle is being drawn. It is NOT the date you want your event to be live on the parent app.

Cut off date and Cut off time refers to the date and time you want to close orders off from the app.

Classes - this is optional and only needs to be selected if the event is for a particular class/es.

Upload an image if you like, we recommend keeping the image simple and formatting the image into a square.

Click through until the final page and click Go to Event

You will be brought back to the final preview page. Once you are happy with all the details, click Publish Event to make it live on the app.

Check your event on the Spriggy Schools parent app.

Always remember to refresh your own Spriggy Schools parent app and view the Event from a parent point of view, this ensures everything looks and works how you would like it to. If any changes need to be made, you can go in and edit the event.

Reports

You can run any report to see how your sales are tracking, number of orders placed, and your items list report.

Change the date on all reports to the date the event is set for.

Check that the Event box is ticked.
