Once your account has been closed you will be refunded all remaining funds from your Spriggy Schools wallet. This will take 3-5 business days to reach your account.
In order to speak with our Member Help Team, please enter our app or website and follow the steps below.
1. Click on the messenger icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Click ‘Send us a message’ in order to speak with a member of our Member Help Team.
3. Let our Member Help Team know that you would like to close your account and they will assist you as soon as they can.
