We pride ourselves on the quality of our service and making sure each child receives their lunch. We are committed to rectifying any and all problems and making sure both you and your child are happy with the outcome.
Should your order with us be missed or if there is a problem on the canteen’s end, your child can go up to the canteen and let them know and they will provide your child with lunch. All schools that use our service are committed with us to make sure that each child has access to lunch.
While this really shouldn’t happen, if it ever were the case that your child does not get their lunch, we encourage you to get in touch with us immediately so that we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
