To ensure that your order goes to the correct classroom or basket, we ask that you check that your child's class in their profile is accurate at the start of each term. 

You can find your child's profile in the 'Children' section of the app. 

To update your child's class please follow the instructions below:

  1. Select the small person icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. 

2. Select 'Children.'

3. Select the child profile that you want to update.

4. Ensure you have selected your child's school from the drop down arrow in the 'School' section.

5. Select the drop down arrow in the 'Class' section. 


6. Select the new class. In this example, 'Albert' is in class 1H this year so 1H is selected.

7. Select the 'Save' button to save the changes. Then you're all done!
