We're excited to announce our latest feature to make canteen management with Spriggy Schools even easier! We can now send mail alerting when labels have not been printed!
This feature has been requested by canteens to help manage any orders that may have come through after labels have been printed and should help you stay on top of any last minute orders. If you would like to enable this feature for your canteen or just want to know more about it, reach out to us and we'll be happy to help!
How it works
At 10AM every day, the system will check to see that all orders have been printed. If there are any orders that have not been printed, you will receive an email with the list of unprinted orders.
How to get started
Go to Settings > Admin Settings
In here you will see the list of users who have access to the menus and their email address.
Find the user that you would like to send the alert to.
Check the Email Unprinted Orders box
That's it, you're ready to go!
