We're happy to announce a new feature allowing canteens to manage school classes. This is helpful at the start of the new year when classes are typically re-organised.

To add a class, go to Settings > School Settings

Select your school, then click Add Class. You will be presented with a box to fill in the class information. Click Save when you are done.

To edit a class, go to the Class List and select the class you wish to edit:

You can then edit the class details as needed. Remember to click Save.

If you deactivate a class by turning off the Active checkbox, then students with that class will be prompted to update the class name before they can place their next order.
