We're happy to announce our latest feature which allows canteen operators to close online ordering for a single date or a specific date range.
Now when you need to close online ordering for one day due to an emergency canteen closure or two weeks for the school holidays, you can do this right from the canteen settings.
The great thing about this feature is that you can set as many closing dates and as far in advance as you want!
Just follow these simple steps:
Log in to your Spriggy Schools canteen account
Click "Settings" > "Canteen Settings"
Click the relevant school/campus from the "School" dropdown box (if you have multiple schools/campuses).
Scroll down to "School Closing Dates"
Select a "Start Date" and an "End Date" by clicking on the calendar icons.
Click "Save"
The start and end closing dates should appear in a row below the save button.
Click the trash icon to delete the closing date(s) if required.
If you need to change a closing date range that you have already saved, simply delete it and create a new one.
Note that the start and end closing dates are inclusive, and once the closing date(s) are either saved or deleted the changes will take effect immediately.
