Before the start of term 1 each year, you will need to archive/delete all the classes/year groups and re-add them into the Spriggy Schools system. Even if some or all classes/year groups are the same as last year's. This will ensure parents/students are prompted to update their class/year group in their profiles in the app. This in-app prompt will prevent them from placing an order until they update their class/year group. That way each student's class/year group will be accurate in the system and on their orders throughout the year ahead.
Follow these instructions below:
1. Go to "Settings > "School Settings" in your canteen admin account.
2. Click on the trash icon next to the first class/year group in the list and click "yes."
3. Repeat this for every class/year group in the list.
4. Click "add class" at the top right.
5. Enter one of the new class/year group names and click "confirm".
6. Repeat this for every new class/year group.
7. Refresh the page to view all the new class/year groups you have entered.
