We're happy to announce our latest feature which allows uniform shop merchants to print orders onto labels.

You can print multiple orders at once onto an A4 sheet that can fit 21 labels.

The labels that are compatible are Avery template labels L7160, size 63.5 x 38.1 mm, 21 labels per A4 sheet. You can get these at Officeworks or online.

Fulfilling uniform orders is now easier than ever!

Simply follow the steps below.

Printing A4 Labels

  1. Log in to Spriggy Schools.

  2. Select the order type/status relating to the orders you want to print e.g. 'new.'

  3. Select your desired sorting column by clicking on the small arrow next to the sort column name e.g. 'class.' The labels will print in order of the chosen sort column. For example, if you sort by class, the labels will print in class order.

  4. Click the 'print labels' button.

  5. Click the blue 'print' button. The orders will start printing, 21 labels per A4 sheet.

If you have already printed on an A4 sheet that still has unused labels, you can feed the sheet back into the printer, change the 'Start line' or 'Start column' number depending on which label you would like to start printing from on the A4 sheet. This is a good way to save labels!

    Happy printing!

We hope you find this feature super helpful in improving the way your uniform shop operates. If you need any further assistance or have any questions, please reach out to your dedicated Spriggy Schools Customer Success Manager! 😊
