Sometimes the app doesn’t respond and you might need to force quit and restart it.

Find out how to here.

iPhone

If your iPhone has a physical home button -

  1. Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.

  2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.

  3. Swipe up on the app's preview card to close the app.

For iPhones with no Home Button -

  1. On the Home screen of the ‌iPhone‌, or while in an app, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause for a moment while still pressing the screen, then let go when the App Switcher appears.

  2. Now swipe left and right through the different app cards to find the app that you want to close.

  3. Use a quick swipe upwards to close the app.

Android

Swipe up from the bottom, hold, then let go. Swipe up on the app.

Or follow the steps below;

  1. Navigate to Android settings

  2. Select “Apps and Notifications”

  3. Find and select the Spriggy Schools app

  4. Hit “Force Stop” or “Force Quit”
