How do I set how long in advance a parent can order?

You can allow parents to order in advance for 1 week or up to 12 weeks! Here's how:

1. Log in to your Spriggy Schools canteen account

2. Navigate to Settings

3. Select Canteen Settings

4. Select the relevant school/ campus from the School dropdown box (if you have multiple schools/campuses)

5. Scroll down to Allow Ordering in Advance By

6. Select the number of weeks in advance you would like to allow the parents to order. Most select 3 weeks but you can go as far as 12 weeks.

7. Click Save

Click NEXT to go to the next topic in Settings
