1. Log in to your Spriggy Schools canteen account
2. Navigate to the Student tab
3. Click the orange text Select/Unselect All and select the school (if you manage multiple) from the drop down. Skip this step if not relevant.
4. In the Users filter bar, type the students name
5. Click on the Orange Search button
6. Search results will appear below. Choose your student by clicking on their name.
7. All past and present orders will display
8. The parent balance displays in the top right corner
9. Click the Cancel Order button to the right of the order you wish to cancel
10. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the Cancel Order confirmation request
11. Refresh the screen to note the refunded monies on to the parent balance
