Some items need to be ordered in advance of other items on the menu. For example, Sushi is often ordered in advance with suppliers. To order the exact amount from the supplier, we can set a specific order cut off time for these items.
Log in to your Spriggy Schools canteen account
Navigate to Menu Editor. You are in the 'Item List' by default.
Find the item you want to edit by scrolling or by using the CTRL-F function to search your item
Click on the edit pencil button on the right
Navigate down the page
Click the checkbox next to This item has a specific cut off time
Select Early from the drop down box
Select the amount of time in advance you would like the cutoff eg 48 hours
Scroll down and click the Save button
Click NEXT to go to the next topic in Menu Editor
