How do I change the price of an item on my menu?

You can easily update the prices on your menu in the parent app. Here's how!

  1. Log in to your Spriggy Schools canteen account

  2. Navigate to Menu Editor. You are in the 'Item List' by default.

  3. Find the item you want to edit by scrolling or by using the CTRL-F function to search your item

  4. Click on the edit pencil button on the right

  5. Navigate down the page to Price

  6. Change the price by typing over the existing price

  7. Hit the enter key. Your screen will refresh.

  8. Click the Go Back button in the top left.

It is good practice to glance over your menu in the parent app. You can do this by:

  • registering as a parent with a different email than the one used to log in to your canteen portal

  • signing up your own 'fake' child in the school

  • reviewing the menu just as your parents will see it. It's the easiest way to make sure it's exactly as you want it to appear.
