We offer training providers the opportunity to upload all their trainings at once using a CSV file. Our data team will script the file to XML and import them.
Afterwards you can use the Admin to control and updated the content of the trainings on Springest.

For who?

Training providers who have only want to add their courses twice a year. CSV files must contain at least 20 different training courses, otherwise we ask that providers manually add their courses via the Admin.

If you have more than 30 courses and want to update your information more than twice a year we ask you to submit an XML file

Below is listed a roadmap for delivering CSV file:

  1. Create a CSV file. Here is an explanation of the fields (columns) that you can use in your CSV file and how to use them. Next tab has an example that you can fill.
  2. Save the file with the name of the trainer and the date in the title. Example: springest_2014-02-01.csv
  3. Send the file to datasupport@springest.com.

Updating your trainings

There are two ways to keep your trainings up-to-date:

  1. Submit an XML feed.
  2. Update the training via the Admin (and or Add startdates and locations via our Startdate importer).
