Q: How can I confirm that I was charged/debited on/by SendSprint?

A: You can confirm your SendSprint charge/debit by the following:

  • You'll receive an email from SendSprint confirming your card charge for your transaction.

  • Every SendSprint charge/debit has a unique and verifiable Transaction ID, Payment reference and other security features.

  • Your transaction status will be updated on your Transaction History (on your SendSprint Profile).

  • Thanks to our trusted, world-class financial payment partner Flutterwave, you can confirm your charge by doing the following:

- Fill in the requested details

***Please note: No information retrieved from the Flutterwave site is evidence that your claimed debit/charge doesn't exist and is false.***

Q: Why did you take my money?

A: SendSprint can not take your money because we do not have access to your bank account or bank card. You can only be charged if your bank card was successfully screened and approved for a transaction on the SendSprint website.

Q: I saw an unauthorised transaction on my bank account/statement. What do I do?

A: We are deeply sorry you experienced this. Please, contact your Bank for assistance because your bank account/bank card details might be compromised or stolen.
