Step 3: Type in your email address (used to create your SendSprint profile/account) and click send.

Step 4: Check your email box for a SendSprint password reset notification and click reset.

Step 5: Type in your new password and click confirm.

After a successful change, click login.

Step 6: Type in your email address and new password and click login.

Check your email box for a successful password change notification.

You can also change your password through this method.

Step 7: Log into your account and click my account.

Step 8: Click on my details.

Step 9: Click on change on password.

Step 10: Type in the requested information and click confirm.

Step 11: Type in your email address and new password and click login.
