Note: This feature is only available on the Pro and Studio plans.

A Virtual IPS Gallery is meant to mimic the process of in-person sales, only online. It's been designed to have the same implied limitations that we have at an in-person sales appointment, specifically, a time constraint.

In a virtual IPS gallery, you can edit the following limitations:

  • A global time limit for the entire virtual IPS gallery.

  • The slideshow step in the virtual IPS gallery.

  • The time limit for the yes/no/maybe step.

  • Whether you want to give your client the option to purchase prints smaller than 8x12"

To enable or disable the global time limit in a virtual IPS gallery, enable/disable the "Global Time Limit" toggle in the "Settings" panel under the "Virtual IPS Gallery" tab while editing a virtual IPS gallery. If you enable the global time limit, you can specify the time limit in the corresponding box underneath it.

How to disable/enable the slideshow step and specify the time for each photo

To enable or disable the slideshow step in a virtual IPS gallery, enable/disable the "Slideshow" toggle in the "Settings" panel under the "Virtual IPS Gallery" tab while editing a virtual IPS gallery. If you enable the slideshow step, you can specify how much time each photo is displayed for in the corresponding box underneath it.

How to change the time limit for the yes/no/maybe step

To change the amount of time before "time runs out" for each photo in the yes/no/maybe step, specify the amount of time in the "Yes/No/Maybe Timer" box in the "Settings" panel under the "Virtual IPS Gallery" tab while editing a virtual IPS gallery.

How to disable/enable small prints

To change whether or not your client can purchase more than wall prints, you can toggle the "Small Prints" toggle on or off. When the toggle is on, your client will see any print sizes you offer below 8x12" on a desk rather than in a room.
