Products and services in a price list are very similar. They are only differentiated for organizational purposes, so you can keep the physical products you offer separate from the services you offer. For each product and service, you can specify:
The name of that product or service.
The price for that product or service.
Whether the product or service is taxable.
A photo showing off that product or service.
A description of the product or service.
Any (optional) add-ons for the product or service and their price.
How to add a product to a price list
To add a product or service to a price list:
Click the "Product" tab while editing a price list in Settings > Pricing > Price Lists.
Click the Product heading and then “+ New Product" button.
Specify the name and price of the product.
Specify whether the product is taxable or not by enabling or disabling the "Taxable" toggle.
Upload a photo and write a description for the product under Styling at the top left of the page.
Add any optional add-ons by clicking the "+ Add-on" button to the left of the “Cost”, and then specify the name and price for that add-on.
How to add a service to a price list
To add a service to a price list:
Click the "Services" tab while editing a price list in Settings > Pricing > Price Lists.
Click the Service heading and then “+ New Service" button.
Specify the name and price of the service.
Specify whether the service is taxable or not by enabling or disabling the "Taxable" toggle.
Upload a photo and write a description for the product under Styling at the top left of the page.
Add any optional add-ons by clicking the "+ Add-on" button to the left of the “Cost”, and then specify the name and price for that add-on.
How to copy or duplicate a product or service in a price list
To duplicate a product or service in a Price List and use it as a starting point for a different product or service, click the "Duplicate" button below. The is located in the down arrow beside done in the lower left of the product/service.
