Sprout Studio helps you understand your business at a whole new level by using tracking technology to see whether or not your client has viewed certain items, such as their design proof.

To check how many people have viewed a design proof, follow these steps:

  1. Open the design proof you want to check.

  2. Look on the right side of the page for the section called "This Revision."

  3. In "This Revision," you'll see the following information:

    • Live on: The date when the design proof was made available.

    • Views: The number of times the design proof has been viewed.

    • Comment: The number of comments received on that revision.

If someone has viewed the design proof, you can click on the "Views" button to see more details about each view, including:

  1. Date viewed: The date when the view occurred.

  2. Device used: The type of device that was used to view the proof.

  3. Browser used: The internet browser that was used.

  4. IP address: A unique address associated with the view.

Note: If you're logged in as the photographer and preview the design proof, it won't be counted as a "view" and won't be tracked. This ensures that your own interactions with the proof don't affect the view statistics.
