We've taken great care to ensure everything your client sees (i.e. galleries, client portal, etc.) is clean, simple and neutral. We make you look good and give your clients a great web experience. But we left some room for you to tweak your branding and add personal touches.

There are currently six ways you can customize Sprout to match your branding:

  1. Accent color

  2. Gallery cover style

  3. Favicon

  4. Cover photo

  5. Logo

  6. Portfolio

Go to Settings > Branding > Brands and select your brand to edit your branding settings.

Choosing an accent color

Choosing an Accent Color allows you to choose what color accentuates all your client-facing pages. Other than your accent color, everything on all of your client-facing pages is neutral and timeless.

You can choose from our eight pre-built options or specify a hex value that matches your branding more closely.

How to change the cover theme of your gallery

The gallery cover is the first page your client sees when they load their gallery. This is the introduction to the gallery - the "book cover" to your photos. Choose from the options under Gallery Cover. You can move the slider to pick the option you'd like.

Uploading a favicon

A Favicon is an icon in the header (or tab) of the internet browser on any of your client-facing pages. The favicon is normally shown no bigger than 20px by 20px, so we recommend uploading something simple and clean.

To upload a favicon, go to the "Images" section, click on the favicon placeholder, and navigate to an image you'd like to upload. You can also drag an image from your computer onto the placeholder.

Note: We recommend a square image no larger than 50px by 50px.

Uploading a cover photo

Your cover photo is shown as a large and wide "featured image" on several client-facing pages, such as:

  • Client Portal

  • Public price-lists

  • Gallery catalog

To upload a cover photo, click on the cover photo placeholder and navigate to an image you'd like to upload or drag and drop an image from your computer onto the placeholder.

Note: We recommend a horizontal image with the dimensions 2400px by 725px or with a 16:5 ratio.

Uploading a logo

Your logo is shown on almost every client-facing page, including galleries, design proofs, questionnaires, invoices, client portals and more. It is always shown on a white background (except for dark-theme galleries), so be sure to use a version of your logo that looks great on a lighter background.

To upload a logo, go to the "Images" section, click on the logo placeholder and navigate to an image you'd like to upload. You can also drag an image from your computer onto the placeholder.

Note: We recommend a horizontal logo sized 500px wide and uploaded as a PNG.

Using the Brand Portfolio

Your Brand Portfolio images are used on a Public Price List. We use the images to show mock samples of the prints and products that you offer.

To upload some Brand Portfolio images, go to the "Brand Portfolio" section, click the "+" button and navigate to an image you'd like to upload. You can also drag an image from your computer onto the placeholder.
