With Sprout Studio, you keep everything in one place - your inquiries, clients, invoices, contracts, galleries, expenses, design proofs and more. This saves you time, keeps you organized and streamlines your workflow.

We only offer Sprout Studio as an all-in-one tool, with studio management functionality together with online proofing galleries. While you're not required to use both, we do not currently offer a Sprout Studio plan that is only studio management.

Well, because offering just a studio management software goes against our beliefs of what you need!

Remember - we're photographers, too! Sprout Studio was built by photographers, for photographers. We're also educators in the photography industry. We've helped tens of thousands of photographers with the business of photography. We're intimately aware of the challenges and struggles of running a photography business. 

We fundamentally believe that you don't need just a better studio management software. A "better mousetrap" will not help you achieve greater success. What you need are better systems. You need more organization. You need simplification. You need clarity on what to do and when. You need greater consistency. You need to improve your follow-through. You need a more refined process. You need to deliver a better customer experience.

We believe what you need is a tool that ties together everything you do as a photographer and entrepreneur. That's why we built Sprout Studio to be an all-in-one tool, and why we only offer Sprout Studio as an all-in-one tool. 

Some photographers ask about a studio management only option because they want to save money. If that's you, did you know that we have several (relatively new) pricing plans available? These plans are tiered based on consumption, usage, and advanced functionality. If you're looking for something more affordable than our Pro plan at $49/month, you can choose from our Lite plan at $17/month or our Basic plan at $34/month. 

With both Lite and Basic, you still get your studio management functionality together with your online proofing gallery functionality, so you get to enjoy the benefits of an all-in-one system at a price point that is a bit more flexible.
